Project Needs
Initially, 3FX will require a meeting with your team to determine exact project parameters. Additionally, should the project incorporate corporate or product branding, 3FX will request digital copies (.eps) and PMS color specifications of all logos and branding elements. Device animations may require 3D CAD files (.obj, .dxf, etc). If print materials such as product marketing literature are currently in use, please provide samples to 3FX. This will allow us to develop a style that will match, blend and become a seamless part of existing marketing campaigns.
Project Scheduling
A detailed production schedule will be developed once the project specifics are known. As this material may be reviewed by a “medical/legal/regulatory” review committee, 3FX will need to be aware of scheduling and timeframe requirements prior to determining the final production schedule.
Project Ownership
Our clients are granted full rights to work upon payment in full. 3FX, inc. relinquishes all copyrights, but will continue to claim creative responsibility and use of the work for self-promotion purposes. In addition, 3FX retains full rights to any and all assets/source files created during the course of producing said work.
Project Confidentiality
3FX typically signs Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements with all of our clients. Please provide any and all documents of this type for 3FX representative signatures.
