Client: Pfizer Animal Health

Typical antibiotic regimens require pet owners to administer daily oral medications over a course of several weeks. The veterinarian has no guarantee that the pet receives the full course of treatment. 3FX helped introduce Pfizer’s Convenia to vets, for treatment of soft tissue infections. It is a single subcutaneous injection with an extremely long elimination half-life, enabling a single injection to completely replace up to two weeks of oral antibiotics.

Human surfactant formation within the lungs is one of the last in utero processes to be completed before birth. Premature babies often have serious respiratory complications due to lack of surfactant. As a pre-launch educational effort for the first precision engineered surfactant replacement therapy, 3FX created this looping screensaver for use within client trade show exhibit booths.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects a growing percentage of school-age children. Using a combination of video, product branding, 3D animation and marketing imagery, 3FX created a creative montage presentation for patient education efforts. All 3D…all 3FX.

Client: HealthMatters Communications / Koronis Pharmaceuticals

The HIV virus is able to withstand therapies due to the ability to adapt to changing environments; however, as each generation of viral variants are produced, they have reduced infectivity. The animation depicts the viral variant process, followed by a unique and important mechanism by which to eradicate the virus.

Kidneys are the filters for blood, removing waste while controlling the amount of minerals in your body. Faltering kidney function can lead to an abundance of phosphorous - otherwise known as hyperphosphatemia. Designed to fit within existing marketing efforts, this animation details the process of the disease, followed by the mechanism of action of this new drug.

Diabetic nephropathy is a complex process which affects the functioning of the glomerulus within the kidneys. Left untreated, this disease ultimately leads to kidney failure. This highly detailed animation follows the disease progression, using complex and beautiful 3D animation.

Client: Janssen Pharmaceuticals

Janssen chose 3FX to create a mechanism of action animation illustrating an innovative extended release drug delivery system. Creatively incorporating marketing elements in a way that grabs viewers attention, the animation clearly shows the structure and functioning of the capsule delivery technology. The timing of the drug release and absorption happens throughout the digestive tract, and 3FX dynamically follows it through the process.

Using a client's high resolution marketing image as the background, 3FX combined our 3D animation of the devices to look like they were within the 2D background image.
